In light of the issuance and enactment of numerous new policies and legal regulations, the business community is currently facing vast opportunities alongside significant challenges. With the aim of updating the latest developments and facilitating discussion on the market and legal framework - thereby, proposing recommendations to support enterprises in adapting to this evolving landscape, the Legal Management Series in Ho Chi Minh City 2025 (LMS 2025) will continue to be held on annual basis, under the central theme: “Forging new directions in legal risk management”.
Based on the collaboration between the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), LMS 2025 will be further improved in format, allowing businesses to access and absorb information in greater depth, from broad perspectives to specific issues and from regulations to practical application. In terms of content, LMS 2025 will focus on noticeable emerging issues, with an emphasis on identifying and managing risks and dispute resolution across three key sectors: Real Estate, Finance – Banking, and Energy.
